    • Compare pretrained and fine-tuned models, and explain token-based cost drivers and how to frame ROI
    • Explain prompt engineering, grounding and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) in plain business terms
    • Name the risks - fabrications, bias, unreliable output, data quality - and the security requirements (app security, data security, authentication) for each

Use: AB-731 study guide · AB-731T00 course and self-paced paths

    • Apply Microsoft's responsible AI principles (fairness, reliability and safety, privacy and security, inclusiveness, transparency, accountability) to a rollout
    • Set up an AI council, an adoption team and an AI champions programme, and name common barriers to adoption
    • Compare Copilot licensing (included, monthly per user, pay-as-you-go) and Foundry Tools pricing (pay-as-you-go vs commitment tiers)

Use: Microsoft Copilot adoption hub · Cloud Adoption Framework for AI

  4. Week 2 · 2 h
